  5. Legal Stuff

  8. The Object to Coff converter and information attached hereto, hereafter
  9. "O2C", is the property of Richard Spijkers. Read the terms and
  10. conditions of this agreement carefully before using the software. If you
  11. for any reason, whatsoever, cannot accept the conditions in this
  12. agreement, you are not permitted to use O2C.
  13.  
  14. You may freely distribute and copy O2C and programs that are linked
  15. with it in a non-commercial environment provided that NO payment of any
  16. kind is charged for O2C or any combination of products or services
  17. including O2C without the authorization of the author Richard Spijkers
  18. and official written license and the distribution archive of O2C
  19. contains unmodified copies of the original files as produced by
  20. Richard Spijkers.

  22. Definition of "non-commercial distribution and use":
  23.  
  24. ■ Not using in a commercial environment, such as business, governmental
  25.   organization, association, school, foundation, or any other form of
  26.   juridical person, or any system where O2C is directly or
  27.   indirectly used to make profit.
  28.  
  29. ■ Copying the software on diskettes and/or on tape-storages and handling
  30.   it over from one person to another without any payment.
  31.  
  32. ■ Allowing the download of the software through a private Bulletin Board
  33.   System without additional charges.
  34.   (Pay Bulletin Board Systems may, however, charge their normal fee
  35.    provided that no additional charge for O2C is levied.)
  36.  
  37. Commercial use, especially the industrial manufacturing on any data
  38. storage media and their distribution without the expressed permission
  39. of the producer, is strictly prohibited. No part of O2C (or programs
  40. linked with O2C) may be modified, altered, reverse engineered, sold, or
  41. distributed in any form whatsoever which would involve some sort of
  42. trade without prior written permission from Richard Spijkers.

  48. This production is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind or
  49. fitness for a particular purpose, either expressed or implied, all of
  50. are hereby explicitly disclaimed. Richard Spijkers only guarantees that
  51. this production will occupy disk space.

  53. In no way Richard Spijkers or other members of SPiRiT, can be made
  54. liable for any damages that are caused by O2C. You are using
  55. O2C at your own risk!
